1. Enjoying the journey is the real flex 

Let’s say you embark on a journey. When you start you are naturally excited because moving is fun. Stagnation is boring. Even Newton said in his first law of motion that a body at rest tends to be at a state of rest unless acted upon by an external force. The excitement of a new journey is this force. But as it usually happens, you get bored after sometime.

Some restore to reading. Some to music. People pour all their creativity in making their journey enjoyable.

Figuratively, we stop being creative in life’s journey. And get trapped in the cobweb weaved by the society. All we do is to grow up, get education,get a job,get settled,marry,repeat it for our children and die.

All we need to do is restore to things which make our journey enjoyable.

2. Release anything that doesn’t support the beauty of your soul

Forget all things and ignore everything who is not support you. It doesn’t mean people need to support throughout your journey. It means only collect the positive thoughts from others not the negative one. You can just release the negative one.

3. Schedule Exercise in your calendar like an appointment

  • Do 30–45 minutes exercise in morning before your job. Include 10 minutes pranayama / breathing exercise as well to keep lungs happy and release stress.
  • Keep drinking water throught the day. Go and drink a glass of water while reading this answer also.
  • When you are working sitting on chair, stand up after every 30 minutes. Do some walk near your work place and do a stretching.
  • Raw food like Nuts, seeds, fruits are important to keep you fit. Do not rely on cooked food only.

4. Our essence & spirit is beautiful, have the courage to take time & space to self discover

This happens as at that moment the mind becomes vibrant due to courage and is able to focus clearly on the action.

Similar is the effect of courage in spirituality ,when you sit in mediation the rise of thoughts is actually due to the minds timid nature to not let go thoughts but to bind to them as if the are source of your life and you might become weak if you let them go ,as you might loose your identify . If you see it is the nature of a weak personality but at that moment if you gain courage and stay still ,all the bondages disappear for a moment and you see yourself as pure consciousness.
